Icecast is not, generally, built as a set of libraries. There are
seperately-compilable parts for some things, like low-level socket
support, http parsing, some data structures, etc, though the build
system does not in fact build them as seperate libraries. The core of
icecast is built as a single executable.

Maybe if you really explained your intentions in more detail, we could
give some advice.
