Not 100% sure what you're asking.  Ices0 does send MP3 streams to Icecast 
and Shoutcast servers.  It has no RTP support at this time.  Ices0 uses 
Libshout to do its streaming work, so in terms of protocol, anything that 
Libshout can do, Ices can (or could be made to) do.
