[Icecast-dev] XML list radio problem

Hi people, don't knwo if it's here to post but it's relative to icecast so.

Well xiph provide an XML file that list streams, but this file is 
encoded in iso-8859-1 instead of utf8. This not allow people like me 
that want to use this url, to parse it with the glib2 simpleXMLparser. 
The parser accept only utf8 xml like files.

Is it possible to change the encoding of the xml file on the xith website ?
