The 'SOURCE' method has essentially identical semantics (other than
the fact that it provides a stream, not a permanent resource) to
'PUT'. It really only exists as a seperate method for historical
reasons. As far as implementing it goes: just do what you'd do for
PUT, but use SOURCE as the method string.
