[Icecast-dev] Stream Checker?

Is there any option or any tool, which checks a Stream (Mountpoint) if there is a signal!!!
I don`t want a tool which checks if the mount is connected, it should check if there is a signal, maybe above -10db ???
Maybe a unix script?
