i have sufficiently put together a zip file containing mingw-gcc 
compiled win32 native icecast binary. it contains dump file binmode 
bugfix that i stated before on this mailing list. if anyone is 
interested i shall release it at once.

ps, i find cygwin build system a really elegant way to build win32 
icecast, without all the hassle of converting makefile to msvcrt format 
and keep that up to date. i have a branch of icecast-1.3.11 source code 
that has appropriate cygwin/mingw support.
