I'd particularly like to point out the more than 30% usage of WebVTT for
captions and that WebVTT it's just about to become a full blown w3c
recommendation.

It will be so important to have all implementations become fully
interoperable, particularly the web browsers.
The following features are at-risk, and may be dropped during the CR period
of there's not at least 2 interoperable implementations:
- collision avoidance with snap-to-lines false
