[foms] FOMS 2019 in NYC March 4th-5th

Thanks Eric,

It's awesome to have FOMS return to the east coast - we've been in San
Francisco for a couple of years now and that has made it difficult for some
people that don't travel large distances to reach FOMS.

FOMS used to change location frequently to associate with different events
in locations all over the world to give video developers anywhere access.
This is taking us back to the roots.

I'm excited to see FOMS return to New York!
