[foms] Announcing the 2018 FOMS, 15/16 October

We're happy to announce that you can now register for the 2018 FOMS:

Dates & Location

FOMS will take place on 15th & 16th October at Ellation Headquarters: 835
Market St, San Francisco. That's the two days before Demuxed.

We're sticking with the location from last year - Michael is getting us
some extra break-out rooms so we can scale better with less interfering
noise.

I have a personal goal this year to get commitments from browser vendors on
what features to implement interoperably for WebVTT.
