[foms] open video FOSDEM devroom

Correction to may original email, we intend to run a track for FOSDEM 2015. 

Happy to capture as much of the FOMS ethos as possible in the context of FOSDEM open video track; but I don’t think that would exclude us doing a 2015 in SF area meeting if there is interest in doing that ? Agreed that it should not fall on Siliva every year to organize; though there are big shoes fill with amazing job year after year ;)
