[foms] FOMS 2013 travel sponsorships

Hi everyone,

FOMS 2013 is now less than 2 months away!

I'd like to particularly encourage open source media software
developers that want to attend FOMS but can't afford the travel
expense to get in contact with me soon. As every year, we will have
some funding to provide travel sponsorships.

If you cannot attend, but can think of somebody that should be there
to discuss current topics of interest, please invite them and mention
the possibilities of travel sponsorships.

Topics of interest are anything that is related to open source media
software, such as new codecs, video conferencing / WebRTC, captioning,
media frameworks, video editing, and anything else you see relevant.
FOMS provides a place to meet, and it's up to every participant to
decide what will be discussed and what to take home.
