[foms] FOMS 2013

Hi everyone,

I've been wondering where to hold FOMS 2013. I was hoping for a
video-centric conference / event at the US west coast in the second half of
this year, but haven't come across anything yet.

Alternatively, we can hold it next to VideoLAN Developer Days in Paris
again.

Thoughts?
