Also, of less interest in this context, but still interesting, is the draft new amendment to the ISO Base Media File Format adding indexing and some other DASH-related elements: http://mpeg.chiariglione.org/working_documents/mpeg-04/part12/ff-dash.zip

These documents are both at the final stage at which comments can be made. Comments will be considered at the MPEG meeting in July, out of which final text is expected.
