[foms] next "FOMS" workshop

Awesome! The more the merrier.
As for an update: The following tracks are still planned on the Open
Media Software stream of the conference:
* Standards for HTTP adaptive streaming (yes, to continue the
discussions from last year)
* Standards for Browser video metrics/stats
* WebRTC: Realtime Communications and HTML5
* Camera and microphone interfaces / Device inputs
* Standards for video accessibility
I'd be very keen to get individuals interested in owning such a track,
i.e. moderating presentations & discussions, directing them, taking
them forward towards a productive outcome, and writing of the outcome
of the discussions. (Keep the presentations small and focus on
productive discussions!) I'm going to do that for the accessibility
track, so if you want to own one of the other tracks, please let me
know.
