These notes haven't been updated with the more recent discussions on this mailing list. 

Contributions have been posted on splitting up audio / video streams, on alternatives to the proposed browser QOS metrics and on ways to embed multiple streams using <stream> tags. 

(please correct if I'm missing anything)

Overall, it should be a good overview of ideas generated at FOMS 2010 and this list.
