[Flac] Support For More Than 8 Channels

Hello, I’m using the Dolby Reference Player to decode and play lossless
TrueHD Atmos files for a 7.1.4 system, on both Mac and Windows. I’d love to
output these files to FLAC, so I can use a different playback application.
I can easily output them to Audacity and save the 12 channels, but in WAV
only because FLAC is limited to 8 channels.

Question: Are there any plans to increase the channel count in FLAC?
