[Flac] flac default is -l8 (but says -l5)

-l5 is different than -5

-l just sets the LPC order, which defaults to 8 with -5

there will be a *very* slight decode time increase from -l 5 to -l 8
but you might not even notice.  much less than the hard drive seek
between tracks which is probably what's causing it.
