[Flac] Conclusion - Illiminable DS filters for FLAC don't work

On WinXP SP2 the illuminable DS filters for FLAC do not work.

I have tried them several times on four computers.  I am a C/C++ driver 
and app developer for Windows, but I don't have much experience with 
multimedia stuff or with DirectShow.  I tried to get help from illuminable.

On the other hand, the Matroska pack
http://packs.matroska.org/
includes filters for FLAC that DO work.
The only problem with them is that they don't register the types.

So I suggest that users who want to play FLAC on Windows XP try the 
Matroska pack instead of illuminable.  I have no involement with either 
project.
