[Flac] New CD Ripper Raptor Audio supports FLAC

Hello All,

I have recently developed a new CD Ripper in C#/C and
I have to say that everyone did a great job with the
FLAC API. It was the most straight forward API to
learn(Raptor  also supports MP3,MP4,WMA & OGG). Just
wanted to say thanks to all of you.
