[Flac] relocation error?

This looks like more of the soname problems that were reported two weeks 
ago. OggFLAC__FileEncoderStateString is in 1.1.1 but not 1.1.0.

Make sure your flac and lib*FLAC are all built from the same 
version. you can use 'ldd `which flac`' to find out which versions of 
the libraries it's pulling.
