[Flac-users] Flac 1.0.3 and osx (was 1.0.4) update

On the same system that I am having trouble building 1.0.4, I can
successfully build flac-1.0.3 (GNU method) with no problem, it passes
'check' and successfully compresses files without any of the aforemention
warnings.
