<p class="MsoNormal">I am attempting to build the FLAC Libraries without ogg using Microsoft Visual Studio.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">As suggested in the README file, I removed the FLAC__HAS_OGG preprocessor directive from the projects, but a number of the files include the ogg headers:<o:p></o:p></p>
