[flac-dev] 1.5 on os x?

I have it building on OS X now.
I used the following to build for universal 64 bit intel/arm
./configure -enable-static -disable-shared CFLAGS=" -arch arm64 -arch
x86_64 -isysroot
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX.sdk
-mmacosx-version-min=10.9 -O3"
