[flac-dev] FLAC 1.4.2 release has no support for compiling dynamic dll library?

Hi,

You'll need to set the BUILD_SHARED_LIBS option in CMake to ON. How to do
that depends on how you run CMake, so if you need further assistance,
please explain how you're using CMake specifically.
