[flac-dev] [PATCH] for stream_encoder_intrin_*.c

[lvqcl]

Further refactoring/simplifying.

The 1st patch moves a code that calculates abs. value
into a separate function.

The 2nd patch combines two intrinsic instructions into one line of code.
