The files are typically slightly larger than FLAC 1.3.0's -0
setting (compression level 0), usually within 1%. This means
that there is a difference of 6 percentage points (10%) with the
default -5 setting in filesize.
I just updated to the latest version (which is rumoured to be
the RTM), it has the same issue. That means it won't be fixed
before the release. I wouldn't bother though, I think it's
already quite a feat Microsoft decided to implement both
decoding as well as encoding support.
