Foobar has been updated to version 1.3.6, the only change is that it now uses FLAC 1.3.1. (http://www.foobar2000.org/download) XLD has been updated to version 20141129 and now uses FLAC 1.3.1. (http://tmkk.undo.jp/xld/index_e.html)
