[flac-dev] A small PATCH for replaygain_synthesis

[lvqcl]

a) replaces float literal by double (there's no point to
multiply double variable 'sample' by float const)
b) replaces ifdef __ICL --> if 0  (even intel compiler doesn't have mathf.h)
