Marcus, the project files don't completely work for me in XCode 4.6.2.
There are four errors about PRIu64, like:

 flac/src/flac/encode.c:1472:75: error: expected ')'

Missing inttypes.h or compiling as C++ somehow?

Building on the commandline with 'xcodebuild' it complains VERSION is
not defined.

The build also complains about missing nasm.h.
