So, would it be useful to include some of tests run by another (or 
several other) decoder(s)? Probably an older FLAC release of some 3rd 
party decoder, I guess there are quite some implementations. Yes, that's 
even more dependencies and once more increasing the test suite run 
length. However, as said earlier, a release with an encoder error is 
probably the worst thing that can happen to FLAC.
