[Flac-dev] FLAC 1.2.1 on OS X 10.4.11

Have you tried the installer?  flac-1.2.1.dmg
That was built and tested on 10.4.11, and still runs.

unfortunately, the binary for 1.2 does not run on OS X 10.4 (says
libiconv is too old). i removed libiconv and reinstalled that from
source, but then flac 1.2.1 just prints "Bus error" and exits. Ok, so
i tried to compile flac from source, and end up with
