[Flac-dev] Moving from CVS to SVN

Hi Josh,

Have you considered moving from CVS to SVN? CVS has a whole bunch
of drawbacks with respect to SVN.

I'd also be happy with a move to any other modern system like
Bzr, Darcs, Git or Mercurial.
