[Flac-dev] MetaFLAC patch - Replay Gain support for higher sampling rates

A few months ago, I submitted a patch for AACGain to allow Replay Gain
calculation of 64 khz, 88.2 khz and 96 khz sampling rates.  Since FLAC
supports these sampling rates as well, I would recommend implementing the
new code.
