[Flac-dev] Support .cda as input files

CDA is not a file format. It's just a "shortcut" in windows. CD
Ripping requires device-level SCSI communications via the Device Driver
API (DeviceIoControl) and is way out of the scope of FLAC. Use Exact
Audio Copy or another ripping program to do this.
