[Flac-dev] --cuesheet include the full cue sheet or just the
seekponints?

Is cuesheet generally considered a "good" technique or a "bad" technique
when used to distribute music in digital format?
I ask this because, most of my players (Totem, Mplayer, iTunes) don't
support playback using cuesheet yet I see cuesheet is being used almost
overwhelmingly without any advantage that I can see, especially here in
China for pirate copies of music distribution (together with Monkey's
audio file), which is the way most Chinese people get music from.
