[Flac-dev] WHAT IS WRONG!

Hi I need major help I have been able to download Flac Frontend on every computer I have ever used EXCEPT OUR NEW ONE!!! The download seems to go OK and then when i transfer flac files to it and click decode a box pops up that says "Run Time\Error 75" WHAT IS THIS !?!?!?!?!?
