[Flac-dev] Compile flac-1.1.1 on ppc Linux

yes, --disable-asm-optimizations got broken in the last release.

I'm planning to put together another release soon with this and
some other fixes.

there was a thread about how to fix it, which you may be able to
find in the archives.
