[Flac-dev] Quicktime FLAC Dev?

Does anybody know if there's current development for a FLAC QuickTime 
Component?  I've seen that about 6 months and a year ago people asked this 
same question, and it just kind of died.

For a few days I've been looking at the QT Component API and the other FLAC 
plugins for WA and XMMS, but I've made zero progress, realizing it's just 
too low level programming for me and nearly everything except for the 
language is foreign to me.

Has anybody here looked at

I'm getting so desperate for a QT Flac component that I'd almost be willing 
to buy one, since programming on the codec level is impossible for me.

Well, I just wanted to check on the status of any QT Component development.
