[Flac-dev] accented characters in the winamp2 plugin

I'm using vorbis style comments for my flac files and playing them back in 
Winamp (2.9.1) using the flac plugin distributed with 1.1.0.

In the Winamp playlist display and the file info dialog box, accented 
characters, e.g. (è in Dernière) in the TITLE field get displayed as 
garbage/gibberish. Is this due to the flac plugin? i.e., no unicode support 
in the winamp2 flac plugin?
