In CVS it is in flac/src/plugin_winamp3 and in the 1.0.4 beta
source release it is in flac-1.0.4_beta/src/plugin_winamp3.

If you manage to get it working again and submit a patch we'd
all appreciate it.  I don't plan on trying until nullsoft has
the basic raw_cnv sample code up to date.
