Yes, for 1.0.3 it was, but it has become a moot point since
nullsoft significantly changed the API between wasabi beta 3
and 'point-ohh', so much so that the flac plugin does not even
compile.

Last I checked they have not update the sample plugin code which
is how I figure out what the API is.  When they do I'll update
the flac wa3 plugin.
