I've made my very first release of MMIOFLAC at
<http://math.berkeley.edu/~roconnor/MMIOMP3/>.

It is an IOProc DLL that plugs into OS/2 multimedia system.  The DLL
allows playback of FLAC files.  Seeking and encoding will be added.  I
just haven't gotten around to it yet.

Thanks for the easy to use API.
