Since most FLAC streams do not use the Ogg layer, I think to do so would
probably bloat ogg123 with relatively little gain.  This situation could
change in the future, if the formats overlap more.  It would also require
users to obtain and install the Ogg and Vorbis libraries in order to play
FLAC files.
