[Flac-dev] FLAC 1.0.1 out

FLAC 1.0.1 is released (mostly).  Binary releases for Redhat,
Win32 and Darwin/OS-X are up on Sourceforge.  There is no
Solaris binary release; I'm thinking about dropping it because
of relatively low demand, and it is easy enough to compile from
source anyway.

There is a bug in automake 1.5 that is delaying the source
release; it should be out tomorrow.  You can always check
out from CVS based on the tag 'RELEASE_1_0_1__2001-11-15'.
