There is a bug in 1.0 (later discovered) for raw input that
crept in when souped up the wave autodetector. It adds
duplicate samples to the beginning of the encoded file.
I can't seem to find the original thread in the flac-dev
archives.
Matt, is the bad behavior still there if you compile
out of CVS?
