Generating configure.in fails:

configure.in:145:               CFLAGS="$CFLAGS -fomit-frame-pointer -funroll-loops -finline-functions -Wi
nline -DFLAC__INLINE=__inline__"

I assume because of the AC_.  What a misfeature on autoconf's part.
