[Flac-dev] pipe and windows

hi,

is stdin working with flac 0.5 windows?

I'm using
"|lib/flac -fr -fl -fc 2 -fp 16 -fs 44100 -0 - -"

in a tcl script. the script works with lame:
"|lib/lame - -"


flac also works without problems if I use it from the command line.
