[Flac-dev] upcoming 1.0.2 (plugin bugfix)

For those of you who have had the plugins crash
sporadically with 1.0.1, this is caused by a tiny
but annoying bug that has just been fixed.  For
now, you can safely use the 1.0 plugins.  The
1.0.2 release will be out this week.

For developers, the bug is actually in libFLAC and
can occur when you try to reuse the same FLAC__FileDecoder
instance for multiple files.  flac does not do this but
some of the plugins do.  The fix doesn't change the
API at all.
