I hadn't seen the third link before. It is certainly the most
informative of the bunch.
"intra-only coding with no buffering"
"each frame/field is encoded with native 10-bit color depth and 4:2:2
YCbCr sampling at bitrates that for visually lossless video quality are
typically 2.5x to 3.5x lower than the bitrates required by JPEG2000
appliances"
"Video encoding bitrates: 15-100Mbit/s for HDTV"
tl;dr: They are targeting extremely high bitrates with only intra frames.
