[daala] Compiling on FreeBSD 10

Hi,
I've managed to compile daala on freebsd 10 although it needs some tweak.
Here is the patch for freebsd compatible.
Changes:
1. ftime() is obsoleted by gettimeofday().
2. On non-GNU/linux, bash may not at /bin/bash, CC may not gcc.
